Qualifikationen

• Education and experience that align with safety and project management in construction.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree are preferred and BCSP/PMP certifications are beneficial.
• 7+ years of safety and/or project management experience in construction is typical.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, resources, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply project management best practices and monitor performance for corrective actions.
• Promote an Incident and Injury Free Culture and OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and assess safety training programs and tools.
• Build strong relationships with safety teams, operations, vendors, and partners.
