Job summary

You will develop site-specific safety plans, guide the ORM process, and collaborate with project teams to implement mitigations and training. The ideal candidate has 8+ years with a high school diploma (or related degrees), OSHA/1926/1910 expertise, and a proven ability to lead safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance knowledge (OSHA, 1910, 1926, EM-385).
• Understanding of safety management systems and ANSI standards.
• Willingness to pursue professional safety certifications (ASP/CSP CHST).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across sites.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and APPs for projects.
• Lead ORM reviews, compile technical reports, and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure regulatory compliance.
