Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional in Ashburn, VA to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health (S&H), and Risk Management. This role leads the ORM process, develops site-specific safety plans, and collaborates with Project Management to implement comprehensive safety programs.

The ideal candidate has extensive S&H experience, OSHA knowledge, and a background in construction safety. The position requires coordinating with GC/owner teams and delivering safety training and reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with an Associates Degree.
• 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Coordinate with GC and/or owner of general site conditions and/or Non-Compliance Notice (NCN).
• Participate in meetings with customers, project team members, and contractors/sub-contractors to advise of project-specific mitigation plans, S&H training programs, and technical reports.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans.
