Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience improving LLMs for enforcement and safety.
- Experience in online safety and reducing harm.
- Ability to interpret and apply safety policies effectively.
- Strong analytical and ethical decision-making skills.
- Experience designing automations to strengthen enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and take action on content violating terms, escalating as needed.
- Process appeals, audit automations, label use cases.
- Provide labels, annotations, and inputs on safety projects.
- Support data delivery that reinforces safety rules and alignment.
