SpaceXSI seeks a Senior Analyst for Safety Operations (Child Safety) to train Grok and enforce terms of service, shaping content safety across X and Grok. You will minimize risks and steer policy compliance in a high-stakes AI environment.

The role demands deep online child safety expertise, CSAM/CSE prevention, and strong data analysis to support humane, lawful enforcement. Collaboration across teams will reinforce safety rules and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in online child safety, trust & safety, or related field.
• Experience mitigating CSAM/CSE risks and knowledge of NCMEC reporting.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply safety policies.
• Analytical mindset with ethical decision-making and clear communication.
• Experience using data to improve enforcement and safety systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and take action on content that goes against our terms of service, escalating as needed.
• Have deep expertise in online child safety and related risks.
• Investigate complex cases and escalate to internal legal or external reporting when required (e.g., NCMEC).
• Monitor and take appropriate action on content and user behavior that violates terms with focus on protecting minors.
• Respond to time-sensitive escalations in high-impact, ambiguous situations.
• Provide labels, annotations, and inputs on safety projects and risk scenarios.
• Support delivery of curated data that strengthens rule enforcement and safety.
• Collaborate to improve AI defenses and align Grok with safety rules.
