Qualifications

• 3+ years in online child safety, Trust & Safety, or related field.
• Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and reporting CSAM/CSE (NCMEC).
• Experience with LLM safety and platform enforcement.
• Strong ethical decision-making and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and act on content violating terms, escalating as needed.
• Specialize in online child safety to identify and mitigate risks.
• Investigate complex cases and escalate to legal or reporting bodies when needed.
• Protect minors by enforcing safety terms and handling high-impact escalations.
• Respond quickly to time-sensitive situations with careful judgment.
• Label and audit safety use cases and data handling processes.
• Provide inputs on safety protocols and policy compliance.
• Support data collection and automation to strengthen enforcement.
