Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Safety Operations Senior Analyst to train and refine Grok to enforce terms of service and support functions. The role focuses on minimizing existential risks, enforcing SpaceXAI rules, and promoting responsible development to prevent illegal and harmful content.

You will work on labeling, auditing, and improving safety data, collaborating with teammates to strengthen enforcement and ethical alignment across the Grok platform and its applications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in improving LLMs to maximize enforcement and safety of platforms.
• Proven experience in online safety and reducing harm to protect users.
• Ability to interpret and apply SpaceXAI safety policies effectively.
• Strong analytical and ethical decision-making skills.
• Experience with data analysis to identify abuse vectors and improve defenses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and take action on content and behavior violating terms of service.
• Process appeals, audit automations, and label use cases in the system.
• Provide labels, annotations, and inputs on safety projects and policy compliance.
• Support high-quality curated data to reinforce safety and alignment.
• Collaborate to improve AI defenses and ensure rule enforcement.
