Job summary

Infinite Consulting Corp. is seeking a Lead Safety Manager to support the Philadelphia Shipyard Expansion Project, providing on-site safety leadership for marine, port, and industrial operations.

The ideal candidate has CSP certification, 10+ years of construction safety experience, and a proven ability to lead multi-contractor teams in a busy shipyard environment. You will establish safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and maritime standards across phases.

Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of construction/industrial safety experience with leadership roles.
• Experience on shipyard, port, waterfront, or marine infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial construction hazards and safety controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lead Safety Authority for the project, overseeing site safety operations and personnel.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the Site Safety Management Plan and project safety programs.
• Act as primary safety contact with Owner, Construction Manager, Contractors, and Regulators.
