Job summary

FCC Construcción is seeking a Safety Program Supervisor/Manager in Philadelphia to manage the Health & Safety program for projects. The role involves developing safety practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading training.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety/Health and a minimum of 10 years of safety experience in heavy civil and/or marine construction, along with OSHA certifications. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to enforce safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of safety experience.
• Strong working knowledge of safety regulations.
• Must be comfortable traveling frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve project safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead safety training and onboarding.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections.
• Manage incident reporting and investigations.

Skills

Safety experience in heavy civil and/or marine construction

Strong written/verbal communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools

Ability to identify hazardous conditions

OSHA 30 and/or OSHA 500 certification

Education
