You will develop programs, oversee Safety Coordinators, and ensure regulatory compliance, reporting to the Director of Safety. Requires 10+ years in construction safety, CSP and OSHA 500 certification, and multi-site leadership with 80-90% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 10+ years of construction safety experience, 5+ in management.
• CSP certification required.
• OSHA 500 Trainer certification required.
• Experience across multiple project sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 80-90%.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and workforce development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage safety programs across multiple project sites.
• Lead Safety Coordinators and manage performance.
• Establish safety KPIs and monitor metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and represent BUILD in safety matters.
• Investigate serious incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Improve safety training programs for all employees and partners.
• Lead safety pre-planning for new projects and hazard identification.
• Collaborate with project management to integrate safety into execution.
• Develop and maintain safety budgets for projects.
• Review site-specific safety plans submitted by trade partners.
• Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
