Baillow Recruiting LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to support major commercial and industrial mechanical projects in Fargo, ND. You will oversee safety programs, conduct audits, and lead trainings to foster a proactive safety culture on site.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of safety program leadership, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and BCSP/OSHA certifications. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a hands-on, teamwork-driven environment.

Formación

• 5-10 years of experience managing safety programs in mechanical construction, HVAC, or industrial environments.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and state/federal safety regulations.
• Hands-on, proactive professional who leads by example and inspires safe practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and enforce safety programs, site health plans, and compliance protocols for large-scale mechanical projects.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Lead new-hire orientations, training, and toolbox talks to strengthen safety awareness.
• Serve as advisor and coach to project teams ensuring alignment with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and update proactive safety policies and practices.
• Manage safety documentation, reporting, and insurance claim follow-ups.
