Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related safety/construction field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction safety experience.
• CHST, ASP, or CSP certification required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and technical guidance across multiple projects.
• Review and implement Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) for compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Mentor project teams to improve safety performance and culture.
• Coordinate with owners, trade partners, and leadership on safety programs.
