Job summary

PARIC is seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs for the Boeing Expansion Program in St. Louis, MO.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, owners, and trade partners to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with PARIC and client requirements. You will oversee HSE management systems, conduct site inspections, lead incident investigations, and mentor field teams while supporting one or two active projects with a commitment to

Qualifications

• AA/BS in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety or related field
• Minimum of 5 years construction safety experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
• Understanding of construction sequencing, project execution and build processes

Responsibilities

• Lead project-specific HSE management systems
• Manage safety programs, policies and procedures on site
• Ensure compliance with PARIC, federal and client safety requirements
• Develop bridging documents aligning PARIC safety standards with owner requirements
• Conduct site inspections, audits and incident investigations
