Job summary

PARIC is seeking a Safety Manager to support the Boeing Expansion Program across multiple projects. You will provide technical guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture through leadership and mentoring of project teams.

The role requires extensive safety program development, incident investigations, and collaboration with owners and trade partners to achieve exceptional safety performance on complex construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years construction safety experience.
• CHST, ASP, or CSP certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience reviewing Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs).
• Understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics.
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and regulatory expertise to project teams.
• Assist with implementation and execution of PARIC's safety management system.
• Proactively identify safety concerns and drive timely resolutions.
• Support development and continuous improvement of safety programs.
• Participate in PARIC's Safety Committee and related activities.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and review partner safety plans.
