Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Safety Manager to ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and the public on our world class projects. You will enforce Clark's Safety and Health Policy and applicable standards, and lead education to develop safe work plans for all phases.

You have 4+ years of construction safety experience and an undergraduate degree in safety and health (or related field). OSHA 30 and CHST/CSP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction safety experience or equivalent.
• Ability to influence and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in crane safety, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds and heavy equipment safety.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture on a project and ensure hazard mitigation.
• Develop and implement project-specific safety programs.
• Mentor safety staff and collaborate with field supervision.
• Coordinate safety education for subcontractors and jobsite personnel.
• Facilitate OSHA reviews and third-party safety assessments.
• Recruit and retain safety talent and support corporate objectives.
• Exceed stakeholder expectations by anticipating needs and goals.
