• 10+ years of construction safety experience or equivalent trade safety expertise.
• Ability to influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Proven capability to manage large-scale, high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive Clark safety culture on a project and lead safety with project teams.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the general public.
• Enforce corporate and project safety programs and applicable regulations.
• Mentor staff and effectively manage client expectations.
• Identify exposures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate project-specific safety programs and training.
• Collaborate with field supervision to integrate safety into planning.
• Develop jobsite safety education for personnel and subs.
• Lead OSHA reviews and ensure workers' compensation considerations.
• Recruit safety talent and build high-performing teams.
