Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee the safety of employees, trade partners, and the public on active projects. You will develop safe work plans and enforce our Safety and Health Policy in alignment with local and federal standards.

You will lead safety education with project teams, mentor site staff, and drive a culture of care, ensuring hazard mitigation and compliance across all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Degree in safety and health or related field.
• Ability to influence and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners and public.
• Enforce safety programs and safety standards (federal/state/local).
• Mentor safety staff and develop their skills.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective action.
• Develop and implement project safety programs.
