Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives through its Zero Injury Safety program across various construction sites. The successful candidate will manage safety training, hazard assessments, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or related field, a minimum of 14 years of construction experience, and preferred certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). The role comes with a base salary range of $113,500 - $170,300, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of continuous construction experience with at least 8 years as a construction safety professional.
• Experience managing large project safety programs and conducting hazard analyses.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
