Dynalectric Arizona seeks a Site Safety Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead on-site safety programs across construction operations. You will implement best practices, train labor, and oversee incident investigations to minimize OSHA citations.

The role requires 3–5 years on-site safety leadership, strong knowledge of health and safety guidelines, and proficient data analysis with MS Office. It blends field and office work with varied hours and travel as needed.

Formación

• BSc/BA in safety management or relevant field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as Site Safety Manager on a construction site.
• Good understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
• Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Educating and training labor about safety measures.
• Manage accident and safety claims as they occur, including escort to urgent care.
• Follow up on incidents and investigate causes to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accident and incident reports and records.
• Manage return-to-work and modified duty claims.
• Perform site safety inspections and prepare reports.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures on site.
• Coordinate safety equipment for hot work, fall protection, and confined spaces.
