Qualifications
Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Office and planning tools.
Must have good trade knowledge and be mechanically inclined.
Experience reading blueprints and technical materials.
Responsibilities
Ensure safety and effectiveness of team and projects.
Manage schedules and project deadlines efficiently.
Develop installation crews for quality control.
Skills
Proficient computer skills, MS office
Good command of English language
Good trade & NEC knowledge
Mechanically inclined
Ability to read blueprints
Use and train hand and power tools
Proficient in test meters and diagnostic equipment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Skilled at training & running conduit ½” – 4”
Able to inspect and coach the setting of switchgear
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
6 months of field supervisor experience
Completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred
Healthcare Experience with ICRA compliance
