Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA Plant in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Safety & ISO Systems to oversee OHS, ISO and EHS programs at the facility.

You will drive compliance with OSHA, EPA and ISO standards, lead the Safety Committee, and oversee audits, training, and incident investigations. The role requires 10+ years in HSE leadership, strong project management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience implementing or managing HSE programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO 45001/14001/50001 and EMS/EHS standards.
• Proven leadership with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and direction to ISO Systems and Sustainability teams.
• Develops and executes OHS, EHS and ISO Systems strategy and road map.
• Leads Operations Excellence, OHS, and ISO activities per plant goals.
• Serves as the OHS Management Representative.
• Supports leadership to deliver OHS and ISO improvements within budgets.
• Develops local EHS/OHS & Energy Team and ensures ISO standards.
