Zusammenfassung

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Safety & ISO Systems to lead the Integrated Management System (EMS, OHSMS, EnMS) at the Wilson site, collaborating with global and regional teams to document procedures and provide KPIs and reviews.

The role drives audits, continuous improvement, and compliance with ISO 14001/45001/50001 and applicable regulations, reporting to top management and aligning with site objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in ISO/EHS roles with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing environmental management systems and sustainability programs.
• Auditing experience and ability to drive corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with reports to develop EHS/OHS and Energy mandates per ISO standards.
• Ensure conformity with global, regional, and local EHS/OHS policies and SOPs.
• Lead implementation and maintenance of the integrated Management System with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct and monitor audits; develop an annual auditing plan; participate as auditee or auditor.
• Define goals, KPIs, and objectives; track progress and report to top management.
• Expand EHS/OHS and Energy KPI reporting to support continuous improvement.
