Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Sr. Manager, Safety & ISO Systems to advance the plant's Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.

The role leads OHS programs, audits, and incident investigations and drives continual improvement across EHS initiatives. The position requires 10+ years in HSE programs, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience implementing or managing HSE programs such as ergonomics, forklift safety, confined space entry, lockout/tagout, fall protection, hot work, etc.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO management standards (EMS, OHSMS, EnMS).
• Proven leadership ability; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and support to those managing ISO Systems and Sustainability.
• Creates and executes OHS, EHS and ISO Systems strategy and roadmap.
• Develops and oversees Operations Excellence, OHS, and ISO Systems activities per plant goals.
• Serves as the OHS Management Representative.
• Supports leadership to deliver OHS/ISO improvements within timescales and budget.
• Manages and develops the local EHS/OHS & Energy Team.
