Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Safety & ISO Systems to ensure OSHA compliance and to lead the plant's Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

You will create and manage programs to prevent injuries and illnesses and ensure environmental compliance. The role oversees ISO 45001, 14001 and energy management initiatives, leads the OHS team, chairs safety committees, conducts audits, and coordinates training, incident investigations, and regulator

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO management standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001).
• 10+ years of experience implementing or leading HSE programs in general industry.
• Proven leadership ability and strong communication across levels.
• Ability to work evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and strategy for OHS, EHS, and ISO Systems.
• Develop and manage Operations Excellence, OHS, and Sustainability roadmaps.
• Lead and develop the local EHS/OHS and Energy team aligned with ISO standards.
• Coordinate site safety programs, audits, trainings, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, DEC, DOT) at state and federal levels.
