Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Sr. Manager, Safety & ISO Systems at the Wilson, NC site to lead the Integrated Management System and drive EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS performance. You will collaborate with Site EHS/OHS, Energy, Engineering, Quality, and Global EHS/OHS teams to gather data, KPI reporting, and Management Reviews for continual improvement.

Role requires strong leadership, auditing experience, and a track record of ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated EEOHSMS and ISO management system across EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS.
• Plan and conduct internal/external audits, and participate as auditor at other sites as needed.
• Define goals, objectives/targets, KPIs/EnPls and monitor progress against them.
• Develop and expand EEOHS KPI reporting for continual improvement and sustainability.
• Provide training and information to employees to prevent accidents and reduce environmental impact.
