Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead the Integrated Management System and coordinate with Site EHS/OHS, Energy, and other stakeholders. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards (EMS, OHSMS, EnMS), developing KPIs, and guiding audits across a global network.

You will drive continual improvement, build data-driven reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance environmental, health, safety, and energy performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in ISO/EHS-related position with leadership experience.
• Lead Auditor Training in ISO 14001/45001/50001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with direct reports to manage local EHS/OHS and Energy programs.
• Assure conformity with EHS/OHS and Energy policies across global, regional, and local levels.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the integrated Management system with local teams.
• Conduct and monitor local audits and participate as an auditee or auditor at other sites as needed.
• Define internal needs to comply with global EHS/OHS and Energy standards and set goals/targets.
• Expand KPI reporting for continual improvement and sustainability.
• Oversee the Integrated EEOHSMS and ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements.
• Provide training to employees to prevent accidents and reduce energy consumption.
• Report performance of EEOHS to top management and coordinate with corporate departments.
