Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in Warrendale, PA seeks a Sr. Manager of Safety & ISO Systems to drive OHS, EHS and ISO programs, ensuring OSHA compliance and environmental stewardship. You will lead continuous improvement and manage programs to prevent injuries and illnesses while aligning with federal and state regulations.

The role directs ISO and safety strategy, oversees audits and training, and partners with site leadership to implement sustainability initiatives within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; master’s preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO management standards.
• 10+ years of experience in HSE programs in general industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for OHS, EHS and ISO systems.
• Develop and execute safety, energy and sustainability strategies.
• Lead management of OHS, ISO and sustainability initiatives within budget.
• Serve as OHS Management Representative and coordinate audits.
• Lead safety training, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to address OHS project issues.
