Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Director of Safety to elevate our safety culture across all field operations in Phoenix, AZ. This senior role requires 5+ years in construction safety leadership, strong communication, and the ability to influence at all levels while protecting employees and project success.

Responsibilities include shaping safety strategy, implementing policies and training, performing site inspections and investigations, and ensuring OSHA compliance and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction safety leadership at a director level or above.
• Proven ability to lead safety programs across field teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Spanish speaking highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Shape and oversee the organization’s overarching safety strategy for construction and field crews.
• Create, roll out, and evaluate safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and incident investigations with timely corrective action.
• Work with project/operations leadership to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
