Jobot is seeking a Safety Director (Spanish Speaking) in Phoenix, AZ, to lead and strengthen our safety culture across field operations and projects. The position includes a competitive base salary of $120,000 to $140,000, annual bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and a company vehicle, with on-site responsibilities across our Phoenix

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and general construction safety practices.

• Certifications such as CSP, CHST, OHST, or similar are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, construction management, or related field a plus.

Job Details

We are seeking a Director of Safety to lead and strengthen our safety culture across field operations, projects, and support functions in Phoenix, AZ. This is a key leadership role for someone who knows construction safety inside and out and can partner with operations leaders to build practical, consistent, and accountable safety standards. The right candidate will bring at least 5 years of construction safety experience, strong communication skills, and the confidence to influence teams at every level while helping protect employees, clients, and project outcomes.
