Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead onsite safety programs, drive risk reduction, and coordinate with project teams to protect workers.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA/MSHA rules, field coaching, and up to 75% travel. You will develop trainings, investigate incidents, and supervise safety staff while upholding our Culture of Care.

Qualifications

• 4th year apprentice or above.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Construction.
• 4-6 years Construction Safety experience.
• 5 years experience in Electrical trade.
• Travel: 60-75%
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety responsibilities within region or site.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR, etc.
• Collaborate with safety managers to improve onsite safety.
• Interface with customers and contractors to promote safety best practices.
• Lead risk management meetings and serve as primary safety contact onsite.
• Manage safety supplies and support field personnel.
• Develop and manage safety programs, training, and audits.
• Conduct accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
