Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to oversee safety and loss control on construction sites in Monroe, LA. This role requires leading safety programs, coordinating risk management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Safety or Construction and 3–5 years of safety experience (or 5 years in the electrical trade). Travel is 60–75% with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Construction required.
• 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in electrical trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DNR, etc.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve safety and health onsite and for the company overall.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to facilitate best safety practices and compliance.
• Leads daily Operational Risk Management and toolbox talks as needed.
• Serves as primary contact for onsite safety-related issues.
• Performs site safety audits and ensures corrective actions.
• Provides support to on-site personnel.
• Trains employees in general safety practices including Aerial Lift and Forklift.
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective actions.
