The role partners with Legal, Operations and Field Leadership to standardize practices, drive training, and ensure regulatory compliance in a rapidly expanding field operations environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of safety management experience in field-based, high-risk environments
• Experience scaling safety programs across multiple regions
• OSHA-related training and certifications preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with safety management systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable multi-state safety programs across geographies and regulations
• Lead contractor safety alignment and compliance with company standards
• Develop standardized safety training curricula and materials
• Oversee audits, inspections, and KPI tracking for safety performance
• Lead incident investigations and drive root-cause analyses for systemic improvements
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations and Field Leadership to embed safety in daily operations
• Foster a proactive safety culture and provide strategic safety guidance across regions
