Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a highly motivated Technical Scrum Master (Agile Team Lead) to support Agile teams delivering software for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain portfolio. The role requires SAFe mastery, servant leadership, and a drive to improve delivery across the lifecycle.

You will partner with Product Owners, Architects, and QA to foster quality, predictability, and continuous improvement, coaching teams and removing impediments to enable high-performing Agile delivery.

Qualifications

6+ years of total experience in software development, delivery, or related roles.
3+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Lead, or SAFe Scrum Master.
Experience enabling SAFe/Agile delivery practices across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the SAFe Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
Facilitate Iteration Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt.
Coach teams on SAFe execution, remove impediments, and improve flow across the ART.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and QA to ensure built-in quality and predictable delivery.
