Qualifications

• 6+ years total experience with 3+ years in software delivery roles.
• 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Team Lead/SAFe Scrum Master.
• Strong SDLC understanding and experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SAFe Scrum Master and servant leader for one or more Agile teams.
• Facilitate Iteration Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events.
• Promote SAFe, Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement.
• Guide teams in applying SDLC practices across planning, development, testing, integration, validation, and release readiness.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments; escalate blockers when needed.
• Support Product Owners and teams in maintaining healthy backlogs and predictable execution.
• Foster built-in quality, DevOps adoption, and CI/CD practices.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and collaborate across ARTs.
• Use Agile metrics and KPIs to improve transparency and outcomes.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe execution.
