Job summary

ContractStaffingRecruiters.com seeks an experienced Senior Scrum Master (SAFe 6.0) to drive agile practices across multiple teams. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

You will lead test planning strategies, monitor progress against timelines and budgets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and SAFe certifications are required. Some travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering software in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Proven ability to establish discipline, processes and coaching for leading projects and defect management.
• Strong understanding of software development, QA processes, and testing techniques.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.
• Certs such as PMP and SSM/CSM are required; SPC/ASM/LPM SAFe 6.0 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the team in SAFe 6.0 practices across multiple scrum teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, demos, retrospectives).
• Plan and prioritize workloads, estimate resources and timelines, identify risks, monitor metrics.
• Mentor team to ensure high-quality deliverables and collaboration.
• Coordinate daily activities, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.
• Establish QA best practices and ensure SDLC quality throughout the project.
• Document and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across projects.
