Job summary
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Agile Practitioner/Coach to champion Lean-Agile and SAFe across government and contractor teams in Massachusetts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and advanced Agile certification (e.g., SAFe SPC, RTE).
- 7+ years of Agile/Scrum/SAFe on large multi-team programs, including 3+ years as Agile Coach or RTE.
- Experience guiding government or regulated orgs through transitions from waterfall to Agile, with contractual deliverables alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and sustain Lean-Agile and SAFe practices across government and contractor teams.
- Train and coach leaders, run portfolio, solution, and ART-level ceremonies, and tailor agile practices to mission planning and integration work.
- Champion metrics-driven continuous improvement, ensuring agile execution aligns with contractual requirements, technical outcomes, and the Mission Planning Enterprise software factory approach.
