Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior SAFe Coach to lead the sustainment of a large-scale, multi-ART software program and coach teams across the program, STEs, RTEs, and Scrum Masters. This role emphasizes SAFe alignment, PI Planning leadership, and ongoing SAFe training to enable certification readiness and value delivery.

Applicants should have deep SAFe certification and extensive experience in SCALE agile environments, with strong communication to government and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus extensive experience in SAFe environments.
• Must hold or have held SPC/ASPC certification; ASPC required within 3 months.
• Significant experience coordinating multi-ART environments and PI Planning.
• Proven ability to mentor leaders and teams in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
• Experience with large-scale software/hardware integration and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Multi-ART synchronization across three ARTs with SAFe alignment.
• Lead PI Planning events and ensure backlog readiness and objective alignment.
• Deliver SAFe training and certification readiness for leaders and teams.
• Mentor stakeholders on mapping SAFe milestones to program needs.
• Guide DevSecOps integration to reduce technical debt over time.
• Drive Lean-Agile maturity through a Center of Excellence and metrics.
