Job summary

CACI International is seeking an Agile Coach with SAFe coaching experience to work on the JTMS program. You will partner with government leadership, RTEs, scrum masters and Agile teams to facilitate ART events and help deliver value at scale while embodying Lean-Agile mindset.

You will lead PI Planning, I&A, coach leaders on Vision, Roadmap and backlogs, drive DevOps culture, and mentor RTEs to enable continuous improvement and successful mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and seven years of related experience.
• Two years’ experience coaching SAFe implementations.
• Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass IT-1 background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve teams using SAFe principles to enable product delivery and program success.
• Socialize new concepts, communicate changes, and refine metrics to foster continuous improvement.
• Train executives, leaders, Agile teams, and SAFe roles (PO, PM, SM, RTE).
• Participate in PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt and coach RTEs and leadership.
• Coach leaders to maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs.
• Measure SAFe progress using assessments to gauge agility.
• Establish a DevOps culture and coach the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and Agile architecture.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and RTEs.
