Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Agile Coach to drive SAFe implementations within the JTMS program in the United States. You will work closely with government leadership, RTEs, Scrum Masters and Agile teams to facilitate ART events and deliver value.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, Lean-Agile mindset, and continuous improvement across the program. You will train executives and SAFe roles, participate in PI Planning and I&A, and mentor RTEs and Scrum Masters while guiding the Vision,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven (7) years of related experience.
  • Two (2) years’ experience coaching SAFe implementations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Coach SAFe teams to enable product delivery and benefit the overall program.
  • Socialize new concepts and communicate changes; refine metrics to foster continuous improvement.
  • Train executives, leaders, Agile teams, and SAFe roles (Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, RTE).
  • Participate in PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt; coach RTE and leadership on facilitation of big room planning.
  • Coach leaders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs.
  • Measure SAFe implementation using SAFe assessments to gauge agility progress.
  • Establish a DevOps culture and coach the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and Agile architecture practices.
  • Manage and mentor Scrum Masters and RTE.
