Comply is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to connect the full funnel from pipeline to revenue and give the GTM org financial clarity to grow smarter. You will partner with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build ARR reporting, pipeline analytics, and GTM models in a hybrid, in-office/remote setup with 3 days/week in Arlington, VA or New York, NY.

You will bring a strong FP&A foundation, fluency in SaaS metrics, and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of quantitative or analytical work in FP&A or revenue analytics.
• Strong Excel modeling skills to build and maintain financial models.
• Solid working knowledge of SaaS metrics and subscription economics.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM for revenue data.
• Track record of partnering with Revenue Ops/ GTM teams to align data definitions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and self-sufficient.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain the monthly ARR waterfall and explain actuals vs. budget with attribution to retention, churn, expansion, and contraction.
• Measure SaaS metrics and perform retention, churn, and ad hoc analyses to inform decisions.
• Analyze GTM efficiency and unit economics (CAC, CAC payback, LTV) and translate findings into recommendations.
• Partner with Revenue Ops and GTM leaders to track the full pipeline from leads to revenue and measure conversions.
• Build and maintain bookings and pipeline forecast with leadership to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support pricing and discounting analysis to inform deal decisions.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting with revenue models.
• Use AI/BI tools to automate reporting and build self-serve dashboards.
