Comply in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to connect the full funnel—from pipeline to revenue—and provide the GTM organization with clear ARR reporting and analytics.

You will partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, building robust SaaS metrics models and translating data into narratives that drive strategic decisions.

This high‑visibility FP&A role supports budgeting, forecasting and pricing analysis in a fast‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, revenue analytics, private equity, or investment banking experience.
• Strong Excel modeling skills; build and maintain complex financial models.
• Solid working knowledge of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, velocity.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for pipeline, bookings, pricing, and revenue data.
• Track record of partnering with Revenue Operations and GTM teams to align on data definitions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for revenue leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and self-sufficient; you drive initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the monthly ARR waterfall across the business, with attribution to retention and expansion.
• Measure SaaS metrics and perform retention, churn, and ad hoc analysis for strategic decisions.
• Analyze GTM efficiency and unit economics; translate findings into recommendations on Sales and Marketing investment.
• Track the full pipeline funnel from lead generation through bookings to revenue; measure conversions and velocity.
• Build and maintain bookings and pipeline forecast with Revenue Ops and Sales leadership for forecast accuracy.
• Support pricing and discounting analysis; assess impact on bookings, ARR and unit economics.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and multi-year planning with revenue models.
• Use AI and BI tools to automate reporting and build self-serve dashboards.
