Job summary

Comply is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to connect the full funnel—from pipeline to revenue—and give the GTM organization the financial clarity to grow faster and smarter.

In this top-line-focused role, you’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, building the ARR reporting, pipeline analytics, and GTM efficiency models that drive decision-making at every level of the commercial business.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of quantitative or analytical work in FP&A or revenue analytics.
• Strong Excel modeling skills with structured financial models.
• SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, velocity.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM for data.
• Collaborates with Revenue Ops and GTM teams to align data definitions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the monthly ARR waterfall and single source of truth.
• Measure SaaS metrics and perform retention and churn analysis.
• Analyze GTM efficiency and unit economics and translate to recommendations.
• Track full pipeline funnel from lead to revenue and measure conversion rates.
• Develop bookings and pipeline forecast with Revenue Ops and Sales leadership.
• Support pricing and discount analysis to inform strategy.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and multi-year planning.
• Leverage AI/BI tools to automate reporting and build dashboards.
