5+ years enterprise program management or consulting experience.
Proven ownership of multi-team initiatives.
Experience managing transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
Strong strategic thinking and execution planning.
Excellent communication and influence across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of operational initiatives in a SaaS space, including scope definition, execution strategy, milestone delivery, and KPI tracking.
Drive structured decision-making across business units to resolve execution challenges and ensure program momentum.
Proactively identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks.
Monitor business outcomes such as efficiency gains, revenue enablement, or cost optimization.
Influence improvements in governance and reporting practices within PMO.
