Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise program management or consulting experience.
- Proven ownership of multi-team initiatives and transformation programs.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into execution plans and manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of operational initiatives in a SaaS space with KPI tracking.
- Coordinate stakeholders and drive structured decision-making across units.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies and mitigate delivery delays.
- Monitor value realization through efficiency gains and revenue enablement.
- Contribute to governance improvements and reporting rigor.
