Job summary

Eltropy is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Manager to guide onboarding projects end-to-end for financial institutions using our AI-powered platform. You will lead discovery, design, configuration, deployment, and go-live, coordinating with core banking and lending systems.

You will mentor teams, translate business goals into technical plans, and build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders while delivering multi-product deployments with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering enterprise SaaS or technical solutions.
• Experience leading post-sale discovery and solution design.
• Strong consultative and discovery skills with customer stakeholders.
• Ability to own complex, multi-product deployments with minimal oversight.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale discovery sessions to understand goals and success criteria.
• Translate findings into implementation and solution design for configuration.
• Own onboarding and deployment across multiple channels (voice, video, text, chat).
• Coordinate multi-system deployments with schedules and stakeholders for timely go-lives.
• Mentor junior teammates and advocate for customer needs internally.
