Job summary

DXC Technology Company in Charleston, SC seeks a SaaS ISB Customer Community Lead to shape strategic customer engagement across forums, advisory councils, and events. You will drive executive-level engagement, oversee multi-geography programs, and translate customer insights into outcomes.

The role requires strong analytics, dashboards (Power BI), and CRM data proficiency, with a focus on revenue impact, retention, and advocacy. Hybrid work with onsite days at DXC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading customer communities, event planning, advisory councils, customer success or stakeholder engagement programs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience as Customer Community lead for small teams.
• Community strategy, customer event delivery, Executive interface, analytics and end-to-end project management to translate customer insights into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex, multi-event programs across geographies and customer segments.
• Coordinating executive-level engagement with customers, partners, sponsors, and DXC leadership.
• Driving cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, industry teams, customer success, operations, and external vendors.
• Leading event planning timelines, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Supporting revenue, customer retention, advocacy, and community-building objectives through event programs.
• Measuring business impact and providing post-event reporting tied to organizational goals.
