Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Customer Community and events within the Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) group. You will lead enterprise-scale customer engagement programs, executive forums, and advisory councils, shaping strategy and outcomes across global geographies.

You will partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate insights into actions, drive retention, and strengthen DXC's brand through high-visibility experiences for senior customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading customer communities, event planning, advisory councils, customer events, customer success or stakeholder engagement programs.
• Experience as Customer Community lead for small teams.
• Advanced analytics and disciplined end-to-end project management to translate customer insights into actionable outcomes.
• Hands-on driven Individual Contributor in a B2B SaaS context.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex, multi-event programs across geographies and customer segments.
• Coordinating executive-level engagement with customers, partners, sponsors, and DXC leadership.
• Driving cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, industry teams, customer success, operations, and external vendors.
• Leading event planning timelines, governance processes, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Measuring business impact and providing post-event reporting tied to organizational goals.
