Job summary

Staffbase is seeking an Advanced Implementation Consultant to drive enterprise deployments and successful customer adoption of the Staffbase platform. You will manage end-to-end implementations, coordinate with sales and CSMs, and ensure strong customer relationships from onboarding through growth.

The role requires SaaS deployment experience, 2–5 years in consulting and client-facing work, and professional Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions.
Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments.
Strong account management and project management experience.
2-5 years of consulting experience.
2-5 years of client-facing experience.
Professional fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Lead new Staffbase customer implementations, including managing the project plan and resources.
Plan deployment, change management, and adoption programs for each engagement.
Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and effort clearly.
Build in-depth product knowledge of Staffbase core products.
Understand customer use cases and apply Staffbase best practices.
Coordinate with sales for scoping, estimates, and SOWs.
Partner with Sales and CSMs to plan long-term adoption and growth.
Act as the voice of the customer to improve Staffbase offerings.
