Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Senior Consultant on the Professional Services team to partner with customers, deliver successful SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live, and ensure alignment between project goals and client priorities. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert configuration and data conversion support to maximize project value.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and able to navigate backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation efforts for complex SaaS projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS implementations including training and delivery.
• Coordinate requirements, design solutions, and align project goals with client priorities.
• Write statements of work (SOWs) and support project planning and estimation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
