Job summary

ADP is hiring a Hybrid Implementation Consultant to blend business consulting expertise with our innovative solutions, creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product implementation.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead workflows for other consultants, and partner with clients to define the best solution for their business needs, while building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
• At least 5 years of business consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert.
• Lead workflow for other consultants.
• Provide consultation to clients to deliver a comprehensive product solution.
• Guide clients toward the best solution for their business needs.
• Share knowledge to help lead specialists and lower level consultants.
• Analyze existing systems and business processes.
• Interact with client project teams to manage priorities and timelines.
• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP products.
